Completion and Post College Outcomes On the Path Keeping on the path Completion and Post College Outcomes Transfer to 4-year Transfer pathway 15+credits initial term Credential completion Complete math in year 1 Professional-technical pathway Employment Show path Begin with credential completion, and why does that matter? Because it leads to transfer and employment outcomes When we start with the end in mind and go back, we begin with new cohorts of students. Beginning in transfer or workforce pathways.

On the Path. Keeping on the path Completion and Post College Outcomes Starting Cohorts Milestones to Completion Completion, Transfer, Employment EQUITY New, first-time ever in college students seeking transfer and professional-technical credentials Successful completion of milestones to completion Credential completion Transfer Employed Show path Begin with credential completion, and why does that matter?
