3 Definition ~ Guided Pathways and Integrated Student Support is based on structured educational experiences that guide students from connection to graduation. This model helps clarify paths to student end goals, monitors student progress and intervenes to ensure students stay on track, and learn what they need to be successful. 10/13/2018

4 Why According to Community College Research Center ̶ “College students are more likely to complete a degree in a timely fashion if they choose a program and develop an academic plan early on, have a clear roadmap of the courses they need to take to complete a credential, and receive guidance and support to help them stay on path.” 10/13/2018
