A Whitehouse Christmas

A Whitehouse Christmas Every year a team of volunteers, many not from the Virginia or D.C. area are cleared and arrive at the Whitehouse to DONATE their time and energy to decorate the Whitehouse and its many trees. The misconception is that the President spends the Government taxpayers’ money on this effort but – EVERYTHING is donated - from the Trees to the Decorations to the time it takes to beautify the nation’s “First Home”. Here is what was done this year for the First Family and how beautiful it looks as displayed in these photos!

Mrs. Obama and the girls receive the Whitehouse Christmas Tree!

The décor theme this Christmas was “Bo Obama” And he is literally in EVERY room in some form or size.

The First Lady greets children and families of Military Members who have been invited to make cookies and decorate a tree for the Holidays.
