Proper use of equipment Workers must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skill in equipment use Calibration, functions, proper use and maintenance of equipment 6b

Proper use of equipment Authorized entrants must be able to observe monitoring or testing Pre-entry and subsequent testing can be observed 6c
