F R O N T A R E N A FCA2303-1A / 11 Managing your orders The Trading Manager also provides support for order management – this is done using an Order sheet The Order sheet can display all (or a sub-set of) orders created within your organsiation You can choose to work with a sub-set of these orders by creating an 'Order Filter' which selects orders based on a set of criteria e.g Trader=JohnS, and TradeTime=Today

F R O N T A R E N A FCA2303-1A / 12 Managing your orders Create an Order sheet ('Insert>Order sheet' from Trading Manager) Create an Order Filter for the Order sheet so only orders you have created today will be displayed –Select 'View>Filter' –'Trader' tab, only your name in the 'Selected Traders' pane –'Time' tab, select 'Today' –Click 'OK'

F R O N T A R E N A FCA2303-1A / 13 Managing your orders Each row in the Order Book sheet displays a single order The status of the Order is displayed in the 'Status' column Gray indicates a fully completed order (i.e. trade has been made) Green or red indicate an active Buy or Sell order (respectively) on the market

F R O N T A R E N A FCA2303-1A / 14 Managing your orders Order prices and quantities can be updated directly in the sheet Edit an order quantity or price (then press return) and the cell turns yellow Right-click on the order and select 'Accept changes' to send the order update to market Tip: If you would like to skip the "Accept Changes" step then select 'Tools>Options', then 'Order Changes To Market'
