STEM : Afterschool Style Slide #1 Kathie Phillips, curriculum specialist for the Lincoln Community Learning Centers. The Lincoln Community Learning Center, or CLC, initiative is in its 16th year. We are currently in 25 schools (serving students in kindergarten through 12th grade) in Lincoln that are located in our neighborhoods that have the highest levels of poverty. Supporting STEM education through afterschool learning opportunities.
