Page 19 in the Florida Masonic Monitor states under Preservation: In order to preserve our Ceremonies from innovation, it is essentially necessary that every officer should be thoroughly acquainted with them, and a firm determination should exist among the Craft to admit no change. A few words here or there may not in themselves appear of much consequence, yet, by frequent repetition, we become accustomed to them, and thus open the door to evils of more serious magnitude. There is, and there can be, no safety but in a ridged adherence to the Ancient Ceremonies of the Order.

Can trying to do our work in the prescribed manner cause disharmony in a Lodge and if so how to correct this? What do I do? Suggestions? Remember your Obligation.

Keep sacred and inviolable the mysteries of the order as these are to distinguish you from the rest of the community, and mark your consequence among Masons. Our Ritual distinguishes us from the rest of the community. How you do your Ritual may mark your consequence among your Brethren Do the best you can! If you are not sure, ask. Admonish with friendship.

This is a marathon, not a sprint. Find something you are interested in and study that particular thing until you have it down. Just by attempting it, you are improving yourself in Masonry. Set realistic goals, yet challenge yourself. Practice, practice, practice, and then deliver it in Lodge. Join a Degree Team

Remember:
