Think about how many sweets you eat during the day Limit the use of those products (candies, sweets...) that bring only sugar

Use less fats as dressing Limit the use of animal fats Prefer vegetable fats like olive oil, better if raw Control the use of sausages freeing them from visible fats Eat more fish Drink skimmed milk and don’t exceed with cheese and diary products
