11/20/2018 What the data says The Smart Choice program significantly increases consumer confidence and competence to make a health insurance purchase decision Preliminary data from the Smart Use programs suggest there is a significant increase in consumer’s confidence to use their health insurance. The greatest gains seen is understanding terminology, how to estimate costs and how to seek information related to coverage Smart Choice Professional Development
