Yeast Tgl3p expressed in HeLa cells localizes to lipid droplets. Yeast Tgl3p expressed in HeLa cells localizes to lipid droplets. HeLa cells were transfected with a plasmid encoding Saccharomyces cerevisiae Tgl3p fused to green fluorescent protein (GFP).
