Bed Modelling Surgical Wards were converted to medical wards Operations were cancelled but in advance Cancer and very urgent operations were maintained Additional beds in the Community were purchased (15) No escalation beds were opened on the Trust site Flexed into Day surgery (twice) and Fracture Clinic (twice) to create space for ward moves.
