Objectives Give you time to reflect/take stock on your work-life balance Identify and reflect on your priorities both within your PhD and in other areas of your life. Enable you to move forward by setting clear goals (short, medium and long term).

What is work/life balance? What does work-life balance mean to you? What have you learned about yourself since you started your PhD in terms of work life balance? What concerns/challenges do you have about being a PhD student in terms of work-life balance?
