The MITRE Corporation Team Stacie Duhaney: Mrs. Duhaney is a Lead Cyber Threat Engineer at the MITRE Corporation with fifteen years supporting the US federal government in the military and law enforcement community. Mrs. Duhaney has eight years of experience in cyber threat information reporting and best practices in stakeholder engagement. She is currently the project lead of a team of staff dedicated to stopping combatting criminal activity utilizing virtual currency. For the last year, Mrs. Duhaney has worked with the US Department of State to assist in global cyber capacity building. Vanessa Graf: Ms. Graf works as a Change Management Senior at MITRE working with the US government on developing organizational change management frameworks and advising on human capital strategy. Prior to joining MITRE, Vanessa served as a Talent Management and Workforce Planning Specialist at the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) International Trade Administration (ITA) where she worked in eCommerce export strategies, developed foreign service workforce planning model, and managed the selection process for foreign service officers. Richard Harris: Mr. Harris has spent over three decades in the security field working at the tactical, operational and national policy levels. After 26 years in the US Marine Corps, retiring as a Colonel, Mr. Harris joined the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) where he worked for the last 13 years on efforts to develop and implement cyber risk prevention, cybersecurity protection, incident response, information sharing, awareness, public/private partnership programs and building international cybersecurity capabilities. Since 2017, Mr. Harris has worked on cyber information sharing and capacity building efforts for the US Department of State and programs dealing with cybersecurity information sharing and the Internet of Things. Cynthia Wright: Ms. Wright is a retired U.S. Military officer with over 25 years of experience in national security, cyber strategy and policy, and transformational change leadership. As a senior military leader, she led more than 700 people in delivering ICT infrastructure and cybersecurity assessments around the globe. She is experienced in leading large organizations through the strategic transformation from technology implementation and sustainment to global integration and innovation. Cynthia is presently a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer and Cyber Strategy Capability Area Lead, where she co-developed a methodology to assess the cyber needs and build the cyber capabilities of developing nations.
