A number of very dangerous factors related to buildings, roofs, structures and properties have been identified and warned about repeatedly. 9

These factors include extremely high risks and actual or potentially very expensive losses in the areas of: 10

11

Many Billions of Rands are being lost by corrosion and weathering losses and damages 12

13

Dangerously and Expensively FAILED box gutter !!! This was caused by SUBSTANDARD repair work !!! 14

Risk of collapsing buildings and roofs due to illegally non-compliant structures 15

Severe risks to life and health, due to the widespread use of biohazardous asbestos… 16

As well as the extensive presence in many buildings of very flammable insulating and other materials that burn aggressively and spread fires rapidly 17

And which in many cases can release life threatening quantities of deadly hydrogen-cyanide gas!!! 18

This very common insulating foam has killed many workers… 19

ASBESTOS IS A DEADLY BIOHAZARD!!! A recent Discovery Channel documentary estimates the total number of USA deaths from asbestos to be at least 300,000 – the current USA death rate alone is conservatively estimated at 10,000 a year! Asbestos is still very commonly found in a great many SA buildings!! 20

Other very dangerous elements found to be very common in buildings include: A number of unsuspected legal transgressions which could result in prosecution, fines and jail sentences 21

Roofs (old and new), being ripped up in high winds 22

Extensive leaks and flooding of buildings and properties 23

These very dangerous and costly elements are very frequently found in roofs and buildings that have been regularly inspected and signed-off by experts as allegedly safe and legally compliant. 24

25

26

Extensive senior level research has also shown that the majority of solutions being offered on the market place are in fact NOT resolving these risks, losses and problems safely, affordably and sustainably. 27

As we technologically advance so do the solutions needed to fully resolve those problems. A quick-fix is just that – a Quick fix. Then that Quick-fix becomes the next immediate serious and very costly problem to resolve. Problems are only resolved by in-depth expert investigations to establish the exact root causes of each specific problem and then ensuring that the exact correct solution is correctly and fully applied! 28

29

30

The very cost-effective and advanced level ARTF-SCRACE building and roof remedial and maintenance system can lead to a full resolution to all of these risks and problems, and could save you tens or even hundreds of millions of Rands in maintenance, damages and legal costs! 31
