Career Related Stress: Job Security Stress due to job security is higher at AUB than peers. NS change in security between 2014-2017

Career Related Stress: Work Load Increased workload stress from 21% to 50% In 2017, much higher than peers, while was same in 2014.

Career Related Stress: Budget Cuts Increase in stress due to budget cuts at AUB in 2017 Was much lower than peers in 2014, now getting closer.

Career Related Stress: Promotion publishing Publishing puts extensive stress on faculty much higher than peers Promotion somehow more stressful than peers (63-39)
