Beef cattle

angus Originated in Scotland. Black. Naturally polled. High quality carcass. Early maturity. Good maternally. Certified angus Beef.

Brahman Has a very distinct appearance: Hump on shoulders Loose skin on neck. Large droopy ears.

charolais White or creamy in color. Charolais are bred for meat and are often crossed with other breeds such as Angus and Hereford.

hereford Medium to large bodied animals. Deep bodied. Deep fleshed. Has white faces with red markings.

Shorthorn Used for meat and dairy. Crossing breeds with shorthorn can result in increased calving ease, docility, fertility, growth and carcass quality.

Simmental Colors vary but are usually red-white, or gold-white. The animals including young calves always have white faces.

American Landrace Long body length. Large and droopy ears. Solid white in color.

Berkshire Mostly black except for white on face, legs. Medium sized.

Chester white Produces large litters. More than likely white with blue spots.
