Begins with reading the Bible and spending time in prayer!

JOHN 1:1, 14 “In the beginning was the WORD, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God… and the WORD became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father full of grace and truth.”

The quality of our life, both physically and spiritually, is determined by our interior life.

Bible study and prayer are the main tools for assessing one’s spiritual condition and for spiritual growth.

Do I hunger each day for God’s Word? Do I regularly exercise faith in God’s Word?

IF you are not acting in faith in some way on a daily basis you are not exercising your faith

A continual state of confession

You turn to Christ once for salvation, but you turn to Christ in confession continually for strength, for guidance, for wisdom, etc.

Search me oh God and know my heart Search me oh God and know my heart. Test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me. See if there is anything wrong spiritually in me. Anything in me that dishonors the Lord.  Psalm 139:23 TLB
