Overview of Alumni Relations Who we are Our Goals and Objectives How we are a campus resource Once a Toro, always a Toro.

Office of Alumni Relations We Value Our Alumni Family. The Office of Alumni Relations at California State University, Dominguez Hills works to advance the university, promote the common interests of its students and its alumni, and to serve as a liaison to the university, alumni, current student population, faculty and staff, and the surrounding community. The office is the coordination hub for all programs that build greater alumni awareness, interest, and involvement with the University. Alumni Relations maintains a database of 85,000+ alumni and communicates regularly to keep them informed about their fellow alumni, campus programs and events, and opportunities to stay involved.

2014 – 2020 Strategic Plan Goal 6: Notable Points of Distinction Effectively promote, publicize and celebrate the distinctiveness and many strengths of CSUDH through visible and engaging communications and marketing. Objective B: Design and implement a comprehensive external communication, marketing or branding plan for the university. Create and expand a focused community relations plan to engage corporate, civic and alumni leaders. Objective C: Increase Dominguez Hills’ sense of pride as evidenced by survey and focus group data. Develop and enhance our alumni association to build a stronger culture of meaningful engagement.

Active Engagement Enhanced & Established Signature Events 19 Alumni Events and Programs with record numbers of 464 alumni attendees.

CSUDH Graduation Initiative 2025 Alumni who consistently provide their time, talent and treasure Creating meaningful volunteer alumni volunteer and engagement opportunities for our alumni to remain connected to our university. Direct on campus partnerships that built a support base between students and alumni.  Developing and partnering on programs focused on professional development for students with alumni.
