Pacific ( Asia ) EUROPEAN THEATER OF WAR Hitler Invades Poland War Policy In Europe: NON AGRESSION ACT BETWEEN RUSSIA & Germany ! * The Policy States That: Germany and Soviet Union Will split Poland Germany Launches: A blitzkrieg against— 1. Poland 2. Denmark, 3Norway, 4. The Netherlands, 5. Belgium and 6. France 7. France surrendered in 1940

Island hopping Strategy:– Fighting from Island to Island Across the Pacific All the Way to Japan. Why ? To set up temporary Harbors for Supply And Fuel Bases and Airplan Runways / Air Bases. The Goal ! Bypass the islands controlled by Japan in order to get as close to Mainland Japan as possible !
