NAME: The Ideal Classroom Environment

GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE CLASSROOM Good teaching aids such as Smartboard Good furniture Air-conditioned class Curtains to prevent glaring sunlight from coming in

The Ideal Classroom Environment NOT SO GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE CLASSROOM Wall full of footprints Bad internet connection Frequent power cuts Difficult to turn on air-conditioners Holes in the walls Tables and chairs covered with graffiti Windows squeak when opened There are no safety grills on the windows Not enough space in our baskets No notice-board, instead we have a dirty whiteboard

The Ideal Classroom Environment IMPROVEMENTS Clean the class Give demerit points to anyone caught drawing on desk or chair Place the air-conditioners apart, instead of one corner, to cool the entire class evenly. Have lockers outside the class Add noticeboard – allowing children with space to let them express a sense of identity towards the class

The Ideal Classroom Environment IMPROVEMENTS Grease the windows Faster internet connection Cover holes in the walls Put safety grills on the windows Enough shelves for books and things to be placed neatly Walls painted with bright cheerful colours Yellow
