Traceability – Exporters Does not have extra-territorial effect outside the EU The requirement covers all stages of production, processing and distribution in the EU, from the importer to the retail level Requires that food/feed importer complies with the requirements Exporters from third countries are not legally required to fulfil the traceability requirement 22/09/2018 EU Commission Delegation Cairo www.eu-delegation.org.eg
