Speaking Test Specifications Q: Skills, Book 1 (Listening and Speaking( Units 1 - 4 Date: 25th& 26th October 2017 Duration: 6 minutes per student % 5 of the semester mark ENG101 CEFR Level: A1

The Speaking Test has three tasks: A 2-way discussion with the assessor about the themes and topics covered in Units 1-4 a dialogue Task 2 A description of a picture, based on the themes and topics covered in Units 1-4 a description of a picture Task 3 A response to a particular situation, based on the themes and topics covered in Units 1-4 a reaction to a situation

Task 1 You will have a 2-way conversation with the assessor. The assessor will ask you five questions about a theme covered in Units 1-4. Answer in full sentences. Task Length: 90 seconds
