Making Your Business Successful Now you are ready to go out and start to build your business with clients Once you have identified who you want to serve, your ideal client/customer, you can then start to find out where they hang out, what they like to do. Crafting Your message. In order to be able to tell your prospective customer what you do, you must have clarity with your purpose, your passion and your bigger WHY. Presented by Nancy Lee Ma, CEO & Founder of Crystal Clear Profits, Inc. © Crystal Clear Profits, Inc. All Rights Reserved

How to Craft Your Message Start with the results that you provide for you customers. Ex: As a result of the work that I do with my clients, I have been able to help them save thousands of dollars in their business so they can have more money in their pocket and be able to have the money and time freedom they want from owing their own business. The more you practice at telling your customers/clients why you created the business, it will be easier. Building Relationships One very important part of a business is the relationships that you build. You must develop great communication skills and be able to communicate your needs, and be willing to be vulnerable so that people can connect with you on the heart and soul level vs. up in your head. Without the relationships with your customers, and your vendors, you will not have a sustainable business. Bring your values into the company so that your employees know what the company stand for and models the values. Presented by Nancy Lee Ma, CEO & Founder of Crystal Clear Profits, Inc. © Crystal Clear Profits, Inc. All Rights Reserved

Understanding Key Metrics and the Finances One of the most important parts of a financially successful business is understanding the finances once you have serviced your clients. This is one of the reasons that an owner can get frustrated about making money in a business but nothing to show for in the end. The accounting must be done on a regular basis – at a minimum on a monthly basis but for a company, it must be done daily. The numbers will tell a story about how your business is doing but many entrepreneurs only focus on the selling side. The be successful, you must focus on making sure your business is built on a solid foundation for future growth, marketing to your ideal clients and then looking at the numbers. Presented by Nancy Lee Ma, CEO & Founder of Crystal Clear Profits, Inc. © Crystal Clear Profits, Inc. All Rights Reserved

© Crystal Clear Profits, Inc. All Rights Reserved Recap & Review After looking at the finances you then must identify if there is a problem in pricing, marketing, expenses, or servicing and adjust the problem. The constant monitoring of all the areas of business are the key to the success. To be successful – You have something that people need, want or have a desire to get rid of their pain. You can communicate your message clearly and you know your WHY You monitor your finances at a minimum monthly until you scale your business. You build relationships because you place people and purpose over profits. Presented by Nancy Lee Ma, CEO & Founder of Crystal Clear Profits, Inc. © Crystal Clear Profits, Inc. All Rights Reserved
