Characters The Characters in the book are Nim Jack and Alex

Setting The setting in the book is on Nims Island

Summary This book is about a girl named Nim who lives on an island with her dad, because her mom was killed while she was studying the contents of a whales stomach. It has always been her and her dad but when he lives to go study plankton Nim is left alone on the island. What will happen read the book to find out.

Character Traits I think Jack is adventurous because he went to study plankton I think Nim is brave because she stayed on the island by herself.

Problem The problem in the story is a big storm hits and Nim is by herself.

Conclusion The conclusion is Nim gets help and from her friend Selkie and rides on her back.
