à quelle heure? = (at) what time? À quelle heure allez-vous arriver? (At) what time are you going to arrive?

combien (de)? = how much, how many? Combien de papier est-ce que tu as? How much paper do you have? Il y a combien de filles dans la classe? There are how many girls in the class?

Comment t’appelles-tu? comment? = how?, what? Comment ça va? How’s it going? Comment t’appelles-tu? What’s your name?

où? = where? Où habitent-ils? Where do they live?
