Extended Project Qualification 13/09/2018 Extended Project Qualification How to Complete your Production Log (Updated 2016)

Use the 2016-17 version from Moodle EPQ Training The Production Log is a Working Document that tells the whole story of your Extended Project Use the 2016-17 version from Moodle Save a copy as EPQ Log <Surname Firstname> Provide an overview of the day. Stress that the whole day is not ‘chalk and talk’ but that there are activities.

Learner Requirements: EPQ Training Learner Requirements: Learners are required, with appropriate supervision, to: Choose an area of interest Draft a title and aims for the project for formal approval by the Centre Plan, research and carry out the project Deliver a presentation to a specified audience Provide evidence of all stages of project development and production for assessment (log!) The Log is key here and is basically a blog of the ‘journey’ through the research process. Detail of every decision made here and any reflection on conversations with their supervisor or teachers is paramount for a decent grade.
