By Byron Thomas & Dusmitha Thavalingam The Piano By Byron Thomas & Dusmitha Thavalingam

Where is my family… Where is my friends… Scene 1 The pale old man , who was playing the piano , sat lonely in the dark ,gloomy room. All you could hear is the beautiful tune of the piano. He was surrounded by darkness with only a small amount of light shining upon him. Memories rained down in his head although he stayed focused on the grand piano. Tears rolled down his soft skin like raindrops as he thought about his wife.

Don’t worry I’m here. You’ve came back! Scene 2 As the man played the melancholy melody , an emerging light began to fill the space. The mans wife , had appeared and a peaceful tune filled the air for a couple of seconds , but as if it was a command the wife gave him a kiss and faded away gradually.

Is he going to die? Scene 3 Am I going to die? The man , who was a fierce jaguar , fell to the earth as a sprinting bullet darted at his heart. A ultramarine tear fell down his cheek as he died in the comfort of his friends arms.

What is this? Scene 4 Happiness of Joy swam inside the boys heart as he unfolded the present. Similes filled the air as the boy jumped with joy. His smile grew big as the hot sun.

Yay I love playing with this horse! Scene 5 As man gave the gave the present to the boy, the boy jumped high as the tall trees with joy. The smile on his face was big as the moon. His legs galloped across the hard floor like a horse.

I love you grandad. Me too! Scene 6 As the boy jumped onto the soft yellow cushion, the man played the piano with happiness. TING! The boy started to play melancholy melody with his grandfather. They couldn’t help smiling.
