Steuben County Social Host Law Teenagers love a party, especially during Prom and Graduation Season Often alcohol is involved. Some parents think that hosting a teen drinking party in their home will keep the kids out of trouble. While their intentions are good… IT’S ILLEGAL Parents who host can be prosecuted. Parents need to protect themselves and their children. Don’t be a party to teenage drinking.
