High level National Data Forum Overview The Gender Statistics Toolkit is a capacity building tool designed by United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC) in partnership with the African Centre for Statistics of ECA. High level National Data Forum Objectives To support the establishment of a strong foundation of knowledgeable practitioners (users and producers of statistics) for the development of gender statistics at country level. To orient participants on best practices and issues in planning, gathering and sharing unbiased gender statistics so they can be used as a basis for informed decision making, policy and programme formulation and monitoring. 9/11/2018 High level National Data Forum 14th -17th November 2017
