Factors The mobile cart needs to be able to provide secure and provide dependable safety on a wide range of tanker heights in all weathers The movement and positioning should not be affected by the location of the vehicle axles. When in use, the cart should have the wheels isolated from the ground and be at a level working Hand railing and kick boards should be in accordance with international standards.
