The Jávea Equestrian Center
The Javea Equestrian Center was founded in 1994 and is situated in beautiful tranquil countryside in the Montgo Valley at the foot of the Natural Park of Montgo, just a short drive from the centre of Javea.
The center is on approximately 43,000 m2 The center is on approximately 43,000 m2. of flat land with direct access, own water well, connection to public water supply and connection to main electricity supply. The setting of the Natural Park allows numerous possibilities.
The owners accommodation is in a high quality villa of approximately 400 m2 on a plot of around 8,000 m2 within the finca. The villa includes patio and terraces and has a beautiful Mediterranean style garden and has solar central underground heating.
Equestrian Facilities The equestrian facilities occupies some 35,000 m2 with Dutch barn stable with 45 boxes, tack room, showers, feeding silos and apartment for 2 employees. 24 individual paddocks with shelf, automatic drinkers and electric fence, 2 riding arenas 20 × 40, 1 jumping arena 4000m2, 2 lunging arenas and an extraordinary cross country circuit of approximately 20,000m2.

Taking either the motorway (A7) from Alicante or Valencia direction, or the coastal A road the N332, take the exit for Javea / Xabia. (junction 62 on the motorway). The beach distance about 10 min by car, high way Alicante-Valencia at 12 minutes, 2 international airports 1 hour distance.
