1. Close to Umbertide and half an hour away from Perugia there is a place where time stands still.

2. In an oasis of green there is a 17th century tower and local legends suggest that the tower goes back to the Lombard Age when many towers were built. The main body with the tower is on three levels and has a total of 420 m2 of surface area. The ground floor has an apartment with independent access composed of a wide room with bedroom and living area, a separate kitchenette, bathroom and a wide external portico. At the base of the tower there is guest accommodation with independent access. The ground floor is completed by a wide rustic living room, a cellar, the technical room, a small pretty bedroom and internal stairway with elevator.

The first floor is accessible either via the external stairway or the elevator, and has the living area of the owners accommodation with a beautiful stone fire place, while from the external balcony it is possible to access an independent studio/bedroom and a lavish bathroom. The second floor has two large bedrooms served by a fabulous bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi.

12. Just off the main building there is a gracious outhouse characterized by a portico with arch-lets and inside an independent three-level dwelling for guests. The ground floor has a living area with kitchenette connected to the arcade for open-air breakfasts and dinners, an inner stairway connects the two upper floors. The first accesses a bedroom and bathroom, and the second one a bedroom. On the same ground floor is a locker room with bathroom, serving the nearby pool.

13. Opposite the pool, in front of the outhouse, there is an annex on three levels derived from the restoration of the old drying room. It houses the store room, toilet and a wide room destined for a studio. The upper floor, which has independent access, is composed of bathroom with jade made in China and an old sink carved in marble from Iran. The property is set in 1.6 hectares with double access, automatic gates and fencing and has mains water, 30 kw electricity, gas heating system, a telephone line, TV, and automatic irrigation system for the land. The small town of Montoner is easily accessible and just 10 minutes away, and Perugia, Bologona, Milan and Rome are within easy traveling distance.
