Water Leak

We have a leak in the roof so we place a bucket under the leak to catch the water. Today at 9 am we put a measuring bucket under the leak. At 11 am there were 3 quarts of water in the bucket. How many quarts of water leaks into the bucket per hour? Per minute?

At this rate how much water will be in the bucket at 12 pm?
