Photo Etiquette Use photo’s that relate to your presentation. They shouldn’t confuse or distract from your message.

Font Colours Use that colours are easy to read

Don’t Use large paragraphs of text. Powerpoint is not for writing and presenting large paragraphs of written words. It is for visual aid but when people see slides with many many many sentances people they start to tune out and usually stop paying attention to both what is written and what is being spoken about in the presentation. Don’t do this.
