QMS Registration Audits (External Audits) Each year National Quality Assurance (NQA) visits the offices to conduct an External Audit. The auditor will talk with various employees and may call you (see the next slide for more information)! These audits are important and we must follow our own QMS to maintain our ISO registration. The ISO Certification helps us during the bidding process as most Government contracts now require a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
