Our Church’s Wider Mission You Make a Difference Here are some of the programs and mission your gifts make possible.

Together We Are Changing Lives! Here and around the world.

A God-is-still-speaking Church Your gifts to Our Church’s Wider Mission support leadership training, bible studies, and worship resources.

Growing Leaders Gifts support ministry and work with seminaries, Conferences, associations, and local churches to nurture, train and call pastors.

Taking Stands for Justice In the national and Conference setting we train volunteers with leadership skills to support local churches in this vital ministry to support a just and sustainable world.

Listening for the Stillspeaking God Weekly Seeds: Online Bible Study We provide online the Stillspeaking Devotional and Weekly Seeds Bible Study for deepening our faith.

Practicing Extravagant Welcome We open our doors to all of God’s children.

Living Extravagant Welcome We invite all members of Christ’s body to worship encouraging and helping our churches to become Accessible to All.

Extending Extravagant Welcome We reach out through our online presence.

Raising our children in faith Changing Lives Raising our children in faith We engage our children early on in mission projects through Conference and national volunteer ministries.

Preparing UCC Leaders We provide leadership development -UCC style -for mission and service.

Initiating All-Church Mission Projects We work together as one church. In 2011 Mission:1 raised over $371,000 in 11 days to fight hunger. Together we collected over 1,000,000 food and household related items for food banks and we wrote over 11,000 letters to Congress advocating for hunger-related causes!

Through Giving! Through giving to One Great Hour of Sharing, Neighbors in Need, The Christmas Fund and Strengthen the Church we support mission and ministry locally and globally.
