About Alpheus ™ Our hose is made from premium quality oil resistant rubber coupled with nylon cord and embedded helix steel wire. These materials combine to provide excellent kink resistance and workability while providing outstanding performance and long service life in all types of inclement weather situations. The built in 150 pound ANSI flanges provide a complete assembly for our customer’s high-quality dock hose requirements.

Alpheus™ 100% Testing 100% testing is performed on each Dock Hose prior to shipment. Working pressure and burst pressure testing is completed by keeping 362.6 PSI pressure for half an hour to ensure no leak exists.
