Data Leonardo di ser Piero da Vinci was an Italian polymath whose areas of interest included invention, painting, sculpting, architecture, science, music, mathematics, engineering, literature, anatomy, geology, astronomy, botany, writing, history and cartography. He is considered one of the greatest painters of all time.

Childhood and youth Town of Vinci All Leonardo's childhood was spent in the town of Vinci. Leonardo had tendency to loneliness, and maybe this is the cause or the consequence of his passion for the arts. Phase in Milán In 1482 and looking for a patron who allowed it to ensure their economic, Leonardo offers his services to Ludovico Sforza.
