PHARAOH’S RESPONSE: Moses told Aaron to strike the Nile river with his staff all the water in Nile turned to blood; fish died; river stunk so bad they could not drink from it *Magicians did the same thing Heart hardened vs. Moses/Hebrews

#2. FROGS – Exodus 8: 1 - 15 How it started: 3. What Happened: 4. Pharaoh’s Response: Moses told Aaron to stretch out his staff over the streams & ponds of Egypt Frogs came out of the Nile and there were FROGS EVERYWHERE!! ( in houses, beds, kitchen bowls…even the Palace!) *Pharaoh’s Magicians did the same thing… 1st) “Take frogs away & you may Go…” 2nd) Hardened his heart & would not let them go (*left heaps of dead frogs all over Egypt)

#3. LICE/GNATS – Ex. 8: 16 - 19 2. HOW STARTED: 3. What Happened: 4. Pharaoh’s Response: (Moses) Aaron hit dust with staff The dust became Lice/Gnats upon all men and animals *Pharaoh’s magicians could NOT duplicate: “this is the finger of God!” His heart was hard and would not let them go.

PHARAOH’S RESPONSE: Moses told Pharaoh: “let my people go or God will bring flies on all Egypt” God brought “dense swarms of flies” – in Pharaoah’s palace & all houses of Egypt *except in Goshen (on the Israelites) 1st: “Sacrifice to your God HERE, in Egypt” 2nd: “Go, sacrifice NEARBY…” –(Moses prays, flies gone) 3rd: “NO GO!” Hardened heart

PHARAOH’S RESPONSE: Moses: “Let My people go! or cattle will die – but not the ISRAELITES!” Next day ALL cattle of Egyptians died – but not Israelites cattle (Pharaoh checked) His heart was stubborn & would not let them go.

Ok, GO” (Moses prayed – hail stopped) 2nd: (when he saw storm had stopped) Hardened his heart and would not let the Israelites go…
