Why?

You have the B1 level Congratulations!

How long will it take me to reach the B2 level?

It depends on: Your language learning background The intensity of your study Your age The amount of study/exposure outside of lesson times

200 guided learning hours: You need 200 guided learning hours: B2.1: 60 lessons:120 hours B2.2: 64 lessons: 128 hours

But this is not enough You needed 350-400 hours of practice /exposure to reach B1. Now you need 500-600 hours to reach B2.

Think of any English speaking child

A typical 6-year-old child in an English-speaking country is in school for an average of 6 hours per day. That’s 30 hours of English per week.

They watch cartoons or other TV shows for at least 2 hours a day, or 14 hours of English per week

They play video games or other games with their friends for 2 hours a day, another 14 hours of English a week.

I’m here to help you

We are going to work hand in had

Things you can do Read the newspaper in English on your mobile. Watch series in English Practice with a native speaker (face-to face or online). For instance: conversationexchange.com Improve your pronunciation by listening and repeating a text.

You can keep track of all this in your weekly log Here you will record your English work apart from the homework.

These are last year’s winners’ hours of exposure Log Classes Total Manuel 267.6 114 381.60 José M 258.35 108 366,35 Alicia 246.81 96 342,81

If you do this…

You will really notice your progress at the end of the year
