Other suggestions that may work Include active hyperlinks (and/or QR codes) pointing to additional material in lecture slides (and encourage students to follow them) Record tutorials (and any other teaching activity) if possible Allow students to record their consultations with you Run workshops for mid-semester and final exams (and record them)

Other suggestions that may work Provide detailed easy-to-understand solutions to problems to tutors and students Hold weekly meetings with tutors if possible Offer to comment on assignment drafts Provide ranking within gradebook on each individual assessment task and overall Challenge students to be critical of the material

Other suggestions that may work Encourage student-staff contact Show that you care / respect the students and their needs Use humor as much as you can Admit your mistakes and don’t be afraid to say “I’ll get back to you on that” Always try to adapt/change/improve
