1. USING OUR BRAND Template Logo Font – Calibri Examples Mix and match the slides as you require from the slide master Logo Keep the aspect ratio Font – Calibri Title – All in capitals. Calibri bold, size 30 to 44 Slide text – Calibri (Body) or Light, size 14 to 22 Examples Look at section 4 of this presentation to view examples of how the slides look with content on them and information on the content that can appear on them.

2. PRESENTATION DESIGN TOP TIPS Brief is ALWAYS best. The slides are meant to support what you’re saying – not say it all for you. A good rule of thumb: if a point has lots of punctuation, are you trying to say too much? Make sure there is free space on your slide, so that it doesn’t look cramped or cluttered. your audience can read what’s on screen – that means a decent font size and sensible use of colour. that the resolution of your graphics and photographs is such that they appear clearly (i.e. are not blurred or hard to make out) when viewed on a large screen. Use no more than two or three different types of transition effect, but consider if your presentation really needs it. Try to avoid using PowerPoint Clip Art or similar cartoon-like line art, as they can undermine your professionalism as a presenter.
