Questions Do you think standardized testing is an accurate way of evaluating teachers? In regards to the PARCC test, how does technology plays a role? Is the Student Growth Objective (SGO) / observation method a better way to evaluate teachers than standardized tests? Why? As a teacher, how might this shift from test based evaluations to SGOs and observation change the way you teach a class?

Emailed Response If you agree with the SGO/ observation method or the standardized test method for evaluating teachers, explain why this is the most effective option. If you think they are both inaccurate measures, come up with your own way to evaluate teachers.
