Make Half Your Plate Fruits & Veggies Fruit Group Vegetable Group Any fruit or 100 % fruit juice counts Fruits may be Fresh, canned, frozen, or dried Whole, cut-up, or pureed 1 ½ to 2 cups of fruit daily Any vegetable or 100% vegetable juice counts Veggies may be Raw or cooked Fresh, frozen, canned, or dried/dehydrated Whole, cut-up, or mashed 2 ½ to 3 cups of veggies daily
