Main changes in definitions and classifications Disability “Disability is a condition of loss of physical or mental function resulting in inability to perform daily activities. Disability is aggravated by physical, personal and environmental barriers. In the Census long term is defined as a condition lasting more than six months” (2011 census stakeholders).
