Our Chiropractor, Dr. Nick Stryniak, specializes in Active Release Techniques (ART) which is a manual therapy technique ubiquitous in the sporting world for sports injuries, as well as Cox Spinal Decompression Technique which is a specialized treatment for spinal discs, joints and nerve related issue.  In developing a complete treatment and rehabilitation plan, he will often use other supplemental therapies such as corrective exercise, Laser Therapy, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Treatments, Kinesiology Taping and Spinal or Joint Manipulation.

Traditionally in many Physiotherapy clinics, the physiotherapist may be seeing 2 or 3 patients at any one time.  This can be very stressful as the therapist must juggle the duties of managing multiple patients at once. Not to mention, this means the patient must often wait for the physiotherapist while they are attending other patients, leading to overall longer sessions and a less personal experience. This is why at Kinetesis we are pleased that our Bedford Physiotherapy services are exclusively 1-on-1 sessions, at a similar cost as traditional Physiotherapy clinics.
