2 What is sports science? Sports science is the learning of how the healthy human body works during an exercise or activity. Also how sport and physical activity promote health and performance from cellular to whole body perspectives

3 Why is sports science important?
Physical activity is very important to the health and wellbeing. Sports science is connected to all different types of fields. Such as chiropractic's, physiotherapists, physiology (exercise), anatomy, biomechanics, biochemistry, biokinetics .

4 Who made or is contributed in sports science?
degrees are aimed at people who want to take a behind-the-scenes look at sport, exercise and health, coaching, management, and how the body works While it could put a more personal spin on your studies, you don’t need to be good at sport to take a sports science degree.
