What is the Family Engagement Network? Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) offers countywide participants regularly scheduled opportunities to expand their knowledge of effective family engagement strategies, obtain free or low-cost parent resources, and share ideas with others actively working in the area of family engagement.  What is the Family Engagement Network?
