Romans 7:21-24 So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; 23 but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God—through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God's law, but in the sinful nature a slave to the law of sin.

Romans 7 (The Living Bible) 21 It seems to be a fact of life that when I want to do what is right, I inevitably do what is wrong. 22 I love God's law with all my heart. 23 But there is another law at work within me that is at war with my mind. This law wins the fight and makes me a slave to the sin that is still within me. 24 Oh, what a miserable person I am! Who will free me from this life that is dominated by sin? 25 Thank God! The answer is in Jesus Christ our Lord. So you see how it is: In my mind I really want to obey God's law, but because of my sinful nature I am a slave to sin.

Discussion questions Who had the highest amount of money? Who had the lowest amount of money? Which group had the highest amount of money? Which group had the lowest amount of money? The game rules avoided saying if the aim of the game was to get the highest amount as a group or the highest amount personally. How did you interpret this? Who won the game? Did you feel let down by the actions of any of your group? Would you say you could trust the members of your group after this game? Was the game like real life?
