Be Proactive Habit I am a responsible person. I am in charge. I choose my actions, attitudes and moods.

Begin with the end in mind Habit Begin with the end in mind I plan ahead and set goals. I look for ways to be a good citizen.

Put first things first Habit I set priorities. I spend my time on important things.

Habit Think Win-Win I balance the courage of getting what I want with the consideration for what others want.

Seek first to understand, then to be understood Habit Seek first to understand, then to be understood I listen to others without interrupting. I try to see things from other view points. I am confident & voice my own ideas.

Synergize Habit I value other people’s strengths. I seek out other people’s ideas. I team up for teamwork.

Sharpen the saw Habit I take care of myself. I spend time with family & friends. I find meaningful ways to help others.
